Barnea Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Crushed in March of 2023, this early harvest EVOO from Peru is one of the finest examples of the Barnea variety we’ve come across. It has an exceptionally fruity taste, with notes of tropical fruit, green apple peel and banana, and a lovely, peppery bite. While robust and intensely flavorful, Barnea Extra Virgin Olive Oil has only a hint of bitterness, making it the ideal base for a homemade salad dressing with one of our Dark or White Balsamic Vinegars.
Estate Reserva Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Also from Peru, our Estate Reserva Extra Virgin Olive Oil features Barnea, Arbequina, Coratina and Kalamata olives,sourced from a single estate and crushed in March of 2023. This lovely EVOO has a creamy mouth feel, with notes of green apple, and floral and leafy green vegetal flavors. We think it’s the perfect complement to panzanella salad, spinach ravioli, or a rustic loaf of freshly baked artisan bread.
