Rich in phenols and acetic acid, our balsamic is extremely adaptable for use in a myriad of culinary applications. It can be used with an of our extra virgin or infused olive oils. It shines in dressings, marinades, salads, pickles and can be used to deglaze a pan after roasting or sautéing.
