This spicy vinegar is sweet and tart, and made with 100% honey. It is delicious and distinct, & can be used in place of traditional grape-based balsamic vinegar. It is sulfite-free!
Notes: Use in pan sauces for roasted meats, seafood, and poultry; add to dressings, potatoes, rice and pasta salads. Great drizzled over stir-fried vegetables.
