We are anxiously awaiting the return of the Rosemary Olive Oil. We are expecting a new crop to come in late August early September. When we have more details about the flavor profile we will be sure to share.
Traditionally our fused rosemary olive oils are both complex and aromatic. They can be used in any recipe calling for rosemary. It is particularly delicious with poultry, pork or lamb. Use it in baked goods such as scones or tea cookies. NOTES: outstanding fresh rosemary flavor. Excellent on potatoes and other vegetables. Delicious for bread dipping! Pairing suggestions: Serrano Honey Balsamic Vinegar or Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
