Our Peruvian Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil back! A Koroneiki dominate single estate crush resulting from fruit picked simultaneously and crushed together. This masterful cuvee contains Koroneiki, Picual and Picholine with pronounced notes of green banana, tomato leaf and baking spice. The creamy center is followed by an intense pepper and fleeting bitterness.
