Our iconic Cobrancosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the 2023 Northern Hemisphere Portugal harvest, displays savory notes of tomato leaf, bitter radicchio and pungent arugula with a lingering spicy finish.

Our partner producer (SAOV) in Portugal is using a new cutting edge,highly technical method when pressing to preserve the phenolic content, the overall chemistry, and the flavor characteristics of this olive oil.
