Description
Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley, and a hint of mint. Use on fish, poultry, pasta and in dressings. Traditionally served with osso buco, veal, and other slow-braised dishes.
Notes: Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon, Jalapeno, Oregano, Grapefruit & White balsamics and Serrano Honey Vinegar.
