This wonderful oil is infused with Harissa: a spicy paste made with chili peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander, and cumin. These ingredients are pounded together and the paste is left to develop its flavors for at least 12 hours. Harissa is used extensively in North African cooking.
Notes: This wonderful oil can be added to couscous, stews and soups. Pair with Dark Chocolate or Pineapple Balsamic.
