Try this delicious and easy recipe created by Cheryl Gilmore and our very own Linda Welles!
1/4 c. Tubby Olive Tangerine Balsamic
1/4 c. Tubby Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil*
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 T. grated ginger
1 T soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Combine and whisk all ingredients together. Marinate shrimp 1/2 hour prior to grilling
Skewer shrimp and grill 3 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
