Robin’s Quick & Easy Orange Pound Cake
We love how easy this is to make. So elegant and flavorful!
Cake
1 box yellow cake mix (e.g. Duncan Hines)
1/4 c sugar
1 c The Tubby Olive’s Blood Orange Olive Oil
8 oz container sour cream
4 eggs
1 T orange extract
Glaze
Zest of 2 oranges
2 c powdered sugar
1 T fresh orange juice
Glaze directions: Whisk together orange zest, powdered sugar and orange juice. Add more orange juice as necessary.
Cake: Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into Bundt pan. Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool cake, then drizzle glaze on top. Cut and serve. Enjoy!
