Looking for a healthy high protein, low fat snack? We love this one because every time you change the fruit and the balsamic, you’ll have a different, delicious snack! Here are the ingredients, just assemble in this order:
1/2 c. 1% small curd cottage cheese (we like Lactaid brand; can use Greek yogurt as a substitute)
Strawberries, sliced (blueberries are great too)
Sliced raw almonds
Drizzle of Tubby Olive Peach White Balsamic (we like Dark Espresso too, but any Tubby Olive Balsamic will do!)
