1 box Cheez-its or Cheese Nips<br />
1 T. Red pepper flakes<br />
1 t. Garlic powder<br />
1 Package ranch dressing<br />
2/3 c. <strong>Tubby Olive MILD Extra Virgin Olive Oil</strong>, like <strong>Arbequina</strong></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 250.  Combine all ingredients in bowl, except crackers, and stir well. Pour oil mixture into a large Ziploc bag and add both boxes of crackers.  Seal bag and massage to completely coat crackers with the oil mixture.  Flip bag, wait 10 minutes, then flip again to be sure ingredients have coated the crackers well.  Spread, single layer, onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, stirring once while baking.  Cool and store in container, for up to a week.</p>

<em>Ingredients</em>: 3 c. raw whole almonds, 2 Tbsp. Tubby Olive “Olive Wood” Smoked Olive Oil,1 teaspoon fine sea salt, 1 teaspoon minced fresh or dried rosemary leaves.<br />
<em>Directions</em>: Toss together all ingredients until almonds are well coated. Spread the almonds in a single layer onto a large baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes, at 350 degrees, stir, and continue roasting for another 10 minutes, until fragrant and golden brown. Serve warm.</p>

<p><strong><u>Holiday Cheese Bread</u></strong></p>
<p>2 ounces Gruyere cheese, grated<br />
2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated<br />
2 ounces Swiss cheese, grated<br />
1/4 cup soft, unsalted sweet butter<br />
2 T minced garlic<br />
2 T diced chives<br />
1-1/4 pound sourdough round loaf<br />
<strong>Tubby Olive 18-year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar</strong><br />
<strong>Tubby Olive Tuscan Herb Olive Oil</strong><br />
Red pepper flakes &amp; diced chives, optional garnish</p>
<p>In a mixing bowl, combine the three cheeses, butter, garlic and chives. Mix until smooth. Make six cuts, 3/4 inch apart, in a diagonal crisscross pattern across the top of the sourdough loaf. Stuff cheese mixture into cracks of loaf and wrap the loaf with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and bread has toasted.</p>
<p>Drizzle a plate with equal parts balsamic vinegar and olive oil and set loaf atop the plate. Sprinkle plate with red pepper flakes and more diced chives, if desired. Serves 3-6</p>

Set aside. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add butter. Add pears, then sprinkle with salt and nutmeg. Allow to caramelize slowly for about 10-15 minutes. In bowl, combine mascarpone and honey. Spread on baguette slices. Once pears are caramelized, add Cinnamon Pear Balsamic and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Add spoonfuls of pear mixture on top of the mascarpone. These can be served warm or cold.</span></div>

2 tablespoons fresh chopped flat leaf parsley,<br />
1/2 cup feta cheese<br />
1/2 cup pitted olives, coarsely chopped or halved<br />
1/4 cup <strong>Tubby Olive Extra Virgin Olive</strong><br />
2 tablespoons <strong>Tubby Olive Champagne Vinegar</strong><br />
1 teaspoon sea salt<br />
fresh ground pepper to taste</p>
<p>Place the cut up vegetables in a sealable container. In a separate bowl, whisk the champagne vinegar with the salt until dissolved. Add the olive oil and pepper, and whisk to combine. Pour over the vegetables and allow to marinate refrigerated for no more than an hour.</p>
<p>To assemble, spoon the bean spread into a wide shallow bowl.
